The hotel is located in a serene area near the forest, making it perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, providing helpful advice on places to visit and organizing activities such as scooter rentals. The breakfast is delicious and offers a variety of choices to suit all preferences.
The humidity in the rooms could be improved, and it would be better if mosquito nets were provided. The lack of a view can be a downside for some guests.

Large room with AC. In house tuk tuk gave lifts for extra charge. Room was clean.
Cockroach in bathroom- soon scuttled and hid behind bathroom mirror. Bed sheets stained but seen that in a few places. Just been informed by Booked.net that we maybe charged for a no show but hopefully that will be sorted out.

This hotel offers great value for money. The rooms are clean, spacious, and come with basic amenities. I particularly loved the balcony with a cute window where you can watch the local monkeys. The staff is attentive and provides excellent service. The location is wonderful, nestled in a peaceful area with stunning views. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying, a great start to the day.
All in all, our stay at this hotel was fantastic and there is little that could be improved.

The hospitality of the staff was amazing, they were willing to go above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. the location is great, easily accessible by different means of transportation. We loved the view from the accommodation, as it was situated on a hillside.
Although the room was neat and clean, the bed could have been more comfortable.

Good value, clean rooms, friendly staff. Easy to walk into town to the lake and the Temple of the Tooth. You could walk back, or if you're feeling lazy we got a tuk tuk back for 1 gbp. We will definitely stay here again when in Kandy.

The hotel manager organized transfers for us 1) from airport to the hotel 2) from hotel to Sigiriya without problems.
The stuff speaks english very bad. In our room we could hear every sound. The hotel is very close to the road, there is a terrible noise from the cars in the morning.

We stayed at a hotel with a great location at the end of the lake, in the middle of the forest area, where we could easily find restaurants and have a smooth ride to the mountains. Our room had an enjoyable view and great facilities. the staff was friendly and always available. We had a tasty breakfast made for us every morning.
The hotel lacked cleanliness at some points, which resulted in an uncomfortable atmosphere in certain areas.

Big clean room with lots of hot water, an electric kettle in the room and big comfortable bed. Staff were very helpful when we had a problem. Free fast wi-fi.
Only breakfast available in hotel which might be difficult for some people but other hotel restaurants nearby offer meals.

We had an amazing stay in this hotel where the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. The cleanliness was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were top-notch, including parking and close proximity to the center of the town with many restaurants around. The breakfast served was delicious and fresh, and the staff was always ready to help with transportation needs. We also loved the location just out of the center, which provided a calm and relaxing environment.
Nothing we didn't like to be fair.
